Meet our Pastors

Bishop Jeff Crosswhite was born and raised in Alabama, where he met the love of his life, Cindy. The couple later relocated to Tennessee, where they have faithfully served in ministry together for 21 years.

Bishop Jeff is an ordained bishop in the Church of God, known as a powerful teacher and passionate preacher of the gospel. With a strong anointing and unwavering faith, he boldly proclaims the Word, equipping local churches for deeper spiritual growth, community impact, and fervent prayer. A compassionate leader who genuinely loves people, he also enjoys sports and playing golf.

Pastor Cindy, a wife, mother, and speaker, was born and raised in Savannah, Tennessee, as a pastor’s kid with a deep family history in ministry. An ordained minister with the Church of God, she serves as Prayer Pastor and Co-Pastor of FHC. She currently serves on the Tennessee Church of God Women’s Ministries Board and has spent more than a decade ministering to incarcerated women, sharing the hope and transforming power of Christ. She also served on the board of Tennessee Valley Adult & Teen Challenge. In addition to her ministry calling, Cindy has been a licensed real estate agent and Realtor for over 21 years.

Together, Jeff and Cindy have served as evangelists, church revitalizers, and pastors. They are the proud parents of their precious son, Owen. Cindy’s heart is to see lives transformed and to encourage women to discover their true identity and purpose in Christ.

Both Jeff and Cindy are deeply passionate about strengthening the local church and advancing the Kingdom of God through bold preaching, fervent prayer, and compassionate ministry.
